Framework
PASTOR — Problem–Amplify–Story–Transformation–Offer–Response
PASTOR is a six-part long-form structure for high-consideration offers: Problem, Amplify (the stakes), Story (someone who lived it and came through), Transformation (what changed for them), Offer (exactly what you're selling), Response (the ask, with risk reversal). It's built for sales pages that have to do a lot of work before a big commitment.
What each part of PASTOR does
- P — Problem
- Name the problem the reader came in with, precisely enough that they feel understood.
- Your agency's revenue is capped by your own hours, and every attempt to delegate has cost you a client.
- A — Amplify
- Raise the stakes of not solving it — where this goes in a year, what it costs beyond money.
- Another year of this and you're the bottleneck in your own business, turning down work you can't staff and resenting the work you take.
- S — Story
- Tell the story of someone (a client, or you) who was in the same place. Concrete details, not a highlight reel.
- Two years ago Priya ran a 6-person studio and personally reviewed every deliverable. She was doing 60-hour weeks and margins were thin.
- T — Transformation
- Show what changed for that person, and roughly how — the mechanism, not magic.
- She built a review system her seniors could run without her. Eighteen months later: 14 people, she works Fridays off, margin nearly doubled.
- O — Offer
- State exactly what you're selling: what's included, how it's delivered, what it costs.
- Studio to Scale is a 12-week group program — weekly live sessions, the delegation systems as templates, and a cohort of other agency owners doing the same thing.
- R — Response
- Ask for the decision, and remove the risk. Address the hesitation that's actually in the way.
- €2,500, payment plan available. Sit in the first two weeks; if it's not right, full refund, keep the templates.
When to use PASTOR
PASTOR earns its length on high-ticket, high-consideration offers — coaching, consulting, B2B services, anything over a few hundred euros where the reader needs the full case. For a €9 ebook it's overkill; a tighter framework converts better with less to read.
PASTOR in action: Studio to Scale, a €2,500 group coaching program for agency owners
Headline (Problem)
Your agency can't grow past the number of hours you personally have.
Amplify
You've tried hiring. Every time, quality slipped, a client noticed, and you pulled the work back onto your own desk. So you're stuck: too much work to rest, too little leverage to scale, and the ceiling is your own calendar. Another year like this and the resentment does more damage than the hours.
Story
Priya ran a 6-person studio doing solid work and thin margins. She reviewed every file personally because the one time she didn't, a deliverable went out wrong and cost a retainer. Sixty-hour weeks, no way out that she could see.
Transformation
She stopped trying to delegate tasks and built a system instead — a review rubric, a QA checklist, a two-stage sign-off her seniors could run without her. It took a quarter to get right. Eighteen months on: 14 people, Fridays off, margin up from 12% to 21%.
Offer
Studio to Scale is 12 weeks, in a cohort of 20 agency owners. Weekly live workshops, the exact delegation and QA systems as editable templates, async review of your rollout, and the group for the parts no template covers.
Response
€2,500, or three payments of €880. The first two weeks are refundable in full — sit in, start the first system, and if it's not the right room for you, leave and keep the templates. Next cohort starts the 1st; 20 seats.
The PASTOR template
Problem: [the problem the reader arrived with, named precisely] Amplify: [the stakes of not fixing it — where it goes in a year, the cost beyond money] Story: [someone who was in the same place — concrete details, not a highlight reel] Transformation: [what changed for them, and the mechanism that changed it] Offer: [exactly what you're selling — inclusions, delivery, price] Response: [the ask, plus the risk reversal that addresses the real hesitation]
PASTOR FAQ
- How long should a PASTOR sales page be?
- As long as the decision is big. A €2,500 program might run 2,000–3,000 words; the reader is evaluating a real commitment and wants the case made. The test isn't length, it's whether every section is still doing a job.
- What if I don't have a client story yet?
- Use your own. The Story beat works with the founder's own before-and-after, as long as it's specific and honest. What doesn't work is skipping it — the Story is what makes the Transformation believable instead of claimed.
- PASTOR or a webinar?
- Same structure, different medium. A webinar is often PASTOR delivered live, with the Offer and Response at the end. A PASTOR page is the version someone can read on their own time. Many high-ticket funnels use both.
- Where does pricing go?
- In the Offer section, stated plainly, not hidden. By the time a reader reaches Offer in a well-built PASTOR page, they've seen the problem, the stakes, and the proof — the price lands against value already established.
PASTOR is one of the structures ViberzBros drafts section by section from your offer — describe the offer, the audience, and the proof you have, and it writes all six beats against this exact outline.
